Laboratory scrubber setup

Scrubber systems (eg chemical scrubbers, gas scrubbers) are a diverse group of air pollution control devices that can be used to remove certain particles or gases from industrial exhaust streams. The term "scrubber" refers to pollution control devices that use liquids to wash unwanted pollutants from a gas stream.
More recently, the term is also used to describe systems that inject dry diluent or slurry into a dirty exhaust stream to "clean up" acidic and basic gases.

Scrubbers are one of the main devices for controlling greenhouse gases, especially acid gases. Using the gas condensation of chimneys, scrubbers can be used to recover heat from hot gases.

In Kimiagaran Sanat company, this device is used on a pilot scale to be used in projects to remove toxic and harmful gases studied in industrial sectors.
